Came across this little gem. The food is incredible, probably the best fried chicken I've had & didn't feel sleepy or bloated afterwards because it's fully gluten free. Lovely yellow decor, definitely a must for my next visit to Quebec.

Je ne sais pas si cette toute première experience que j'ai eue etait attribuable au moment ( jour & heure ) auxquel j'ai passé la commande, mais celle-ci a été plutôt décevante.

Le poulet etait sec & rabougri, comme deux. petites pièces de peine oubliées au fond du panier.

Les frites, pourtant tres alléchantes à l'oeil, avaient un goût de terre exagérément prononcé & la mayonnaise était correcte, mais sans plus.

On aura dit que le. tout avait été rechauffé au micro-ondes.

& malgré le.fait que l'option 100% sans gluten, laquelle très bonne idée, etait partie prenante du dîner, cela s'est soldé par un furieux mal de ventre...avec ce qui s'en suit généralement.

Normalement, je ne me fie jamais a une première expérience pour commenter negativement un repas, partant du principe que nous ne sommes jamais si mieux servis que par nous-mêmes & que l'appréciation d'une seule personne n'etabit pas nécessairement la norme

Toutefois, à la.lumiere de mon état actuel, je ne peux faire autrement, je ne serais pas honnête.

Pour une majoration de votre expérience, si vous etes en proie à une crise de poulet frit & que vous ne voulez pas en passer par le colonel Sanders, & pour un gage de plus de'fraîcheur' peut-être attendre à l'heure du souper pour commander, aller le.deguster sur place si vous le.pouvez ou alors, faites le vous même.

Même en ne cherchant pas à être de.mauvaise fois, je suis extremement réticente a vouloir retenter le coup. Le cas échéant ca ne sera pas avant longtemps.

With their dedicated gluten-free poutine, this is a must visit. The fries were perfectly prepared & flavourful, the cheese curds were optimally squeaky, but the standout was the gravy - a totally unique spice blend & the ideal companion.

The atmosphere is bright & vibrant, its bold yellow palate across the restaurant is cheery & inviting. Great service, & very quick.
