I saw this restaurant pop up in my Uber Eats suggestions a few times & was curious to try it out, so I ordered a 3-piece meal.
When the delivery person handed me my order, I was greeted with a personalized thank-you note on the bag. Inside, my meal was packed in a beautiful custom box. Their branding is definitely on point. One small downside though: the box opens in a way that leaves flaps hanging down on all sides, making it uncomfortable to eat from unless you take the food out. Just a minor detail.
As a dark meat fan, I was pleasantly surprised to see they use boneless thighs. They claim the chicken breading is gluten-free, so I assume they use a mix of rice flour & corn starch, which creates a texture similar to Hat Yai chicken. The crust was thin & crispy, as you'd expect from this breading method, & the spices & seasoning were perfectly balanced with spot-on salt levels. Because boneless chicken thighs have varying thickness, this created several interesting textures. The thicker parts were juicy & tender, while the thinner parts were crispy & slightly chewy.
It came with two sauces: a mayonnaise-based one & a sweet one that appears to be hoisin-based (though I could be wrong). Both were excellent & complemented the chicken well.
The fries were amazingly warm & crispy for delivery. Probably the best delivery fries I've ever had.
Finally, the meal came with coleslaw featuring black sesame seeds & sesame oil, which created an interesting flavor profile. However, I found it lacked acidity. A splash of lemon juice or vinegar would have elevated it significantly. It was good, but definitely not the star of the meal.
Overall, this was a great experience. One of the best meals I've ordered on Uber Eats, & I'll definitely order again.
Wow! Un festin! La poutine au poulet frit était délicieuse. Généreuse en fromage & poulet. La sauce aussi était très bonne. Le tout sans gluten! On va commander à nouveau c'est sûr.
Poulet ordinaire(caoutchouteux). Sauce type coréenne…..ambiance peu appétissante toute je dit bien tout est jaune …..jaune du plafond en passant pars les tables & plancher …jaune banane..

Le poulet est très bon, la sauce asiatique c'est moins mon genre avec du poulet frit, mais elle est quand même bonne. J'aime beaucoup le décor épurée tout en jaune.
J'ai vraiment apprécié votre poulet frit, la sauce est un peu bizarre... ce n'est pas vraiment savoureux, juste une surcharge d'épices & de miel & de sauce soja. 5 $ pour la salade de chou, c'est ridicule. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai vraiment apprécié Poulet Wong.
Le poulet etait excellant, mince un peu, mais quand meme très bon! La sauce & la salade de choux ont une tite touch asiatique qui fait différent & c'est vraiment très bon.
Pour le service c'etait rapide, courtoie & efficace.
Le décor & l'ambiance est dans le très minimal. Il y a seulement quelques tables & tout est absolument tout jaune.
J'ai trouvé le prix un peu élevé pour le repas, mais en meme temps toute est rendu cher!
The best fried chicken in Québec City so far. & it's gluten free. Very crunchy from the outside & juicy on the inside. The sauce has a distinct taste that makes you want to come back to taste it again. The coleslaw is amazing. I love the taste of sesame on it.
Excellent poulet frit! Nullement sec, ce qui peut parfois arriver avec du poulet frit sans les os. Les épices dans la panure sont vraiment parfaites. J'ai trouvé la sauce'asiatique' intéressante & la petite mayonnaise était parfaite pour compléter le tout! À répéter, avec modération!
