Le service était efficace, cependant les portions étaient pas généreuse, d'habitude il sont bien généreux mais là c'était remplis à moitié & les portions de garniture étaient très décevantes, cetais une portion réduise. Très décevant

Je suis allée plusieurs fois & la dernière était il y a quelques jours sur l'heure du dîner. Il y avait une grosse file, & je m'attendais à ce que les employés soient stressés & expéditifs comme à l'habitude. Or, j'ai été surprise de constater que l'ambiance était plutôt calme & plusieurs employés avaient même le sourire! Lorsque j'ai récupéré mon plat (rouge bol 1 saveur) je trouvais qu'il n'y avait pas beaucoup de poulet comparé à l'habitude & je l'ai nommé. L'employé m'a gentiment rajouté un (petit) morceau. Je n'ai pas insisté & je l'ai remercié. En mangeant, un couple s'est installé à côté de moi & j'ai constaté qu'ils avaient vraiment plus de poulet que moi - l'un avait pris 2 saveurs, mais sa copine 1 saveur comme moi. Je suis allée voir le gérant & je lui ai partagé le tout avec respect; il était vraiment à l'écoute de mon feedback & même heureux de pouvoir m'aider à vivre une meilleure expérience client. Je suis repartie avec mon reste de bol... & des morceaux de poulet de plus ☺️ Bravo à ce chef d'équipe qui souhaitait créer une belle ambiance tant pour ses employés que pour les clients! Signé d'une hypersensible qui me préparait mentalement & émotionnellement avant chaque visite 😅
