What reviews say

Pub Saint-Patrick is a well-regarded destination in Old Quebec, widely praised for its vibrant and historic atmosphere, live music, and excellent service. Many patrons highlight the friendly staff and the unique, spacious multi-level layout that makes it a great spot for gatherings or watching sports. While opinions on the food are occasionally mixed regarding portion sizes or consistency, many dishes such as the fish and chips, shepherd's pie, and various appetizers are frequently described as delicious and satisfying. Despite some reports of noise levels or occasional service delays during busy periods, the majority of visitors find the establishment to be a quintessential pub experience that warrants repeat visits.

Poutine week
Dommage mais le fromage n'était pas frais & l'idée des patates pilées légèrement pannées étaient bonne mais les nôtres étaient molles.
Nous étions les premiers clients à commander. Le goût de la sauce & viandes très bons.

We were visiting Quebec City in early October. We walked many miles on the day we visited, & were very hungry. We were seated outside (by choice). It was cold for us Floridians, so we appreciated the heaters on the patio. We were greeted warmly & promptly had our order taken.

I've actually had some amazing poutine, so I was looking forward to trying it in Canada. We always get fish n chips at every Irish pub we visit. Service was a bit slow for food, but our drinks came out fast. The poutine was just okay…not the best I've had. The fish n chips were also just okay. Unfortunately, the fish didn't seem very fresh & it wasn't as crispy as we prefer. The atmosphere & location made up for the food. It is a very nice historic building. The restrooms are downstairs in what seemed like another hidden pub? I'm glad I took a trip down there, because it was even more authentic of a feel downstairs.

This was a late night spot we enjoyed for a hockey game. Great place for beers & buffalo chicken poutine. We were also lucky enough to catch some live music! The Red Velvet cake was also yummy & came with a surprising raspberry drizzle that made a sweet addition to the end of our night.

Nous étions 6 personnes. 3 personnes ont été très déçues des plats (2 poutines froides & philly cheese steak, très peu savoureux). Fish & chip (x 2) étaient très bons & irish stew aussi. Le menu est moins attrayant que par le passé.

We had a great plate of poutine & a pint of ale. They even had a great none alcoholic version that I really enjoyed. Staff was very friendly. Place had a lot of life in it.

Been twice & haven't had food - just great beer & enjoyed the live music! Such a fun place. Both up stairs & down have great atmosphere, but I'm partial to the back room in the basement that can get loud & rowdy during live shows. In the heart of a fun & lively streets in Old Quebec ...always busy with tourists & tons of activity. A must see spot to stop for a quick one or try the poutine...it looks delish😋

La nourriture était quand même bonne. Le burger super bon, poutine vraiment boff. Le problème était vraiment au niveau du service. On a vu notre serveur 2 fois.
