Excellent food, the french onion soup is one of the best I've ever had! Waitress was friendly & the patio was awesome! Great food experience overall. Would definitely go back if I'm in Quebec again.

I stopped by on my way because I heard that I should try the onion soup in Vieux-Québec. The soup was better than I expected it wasn't too salty, & I really enjoyed the deep flavor of the onions & broth.

However, I was disappointed by the service. When the female server brought the bill, the tip had already been included in the total amount, which caught me off guard. I didn't want to make things uncomfortable, so I ended up paying it & leaving, but I didn't feel good about the experience. At first, I wondered if this was just how things were done in Québec, but I didn't have the same experience at other restaurants.

The way the tip was handled felt intentional, & unfortunately, it left me with a negative impression of the restaurant despite enjoying the food. I hope this part of the service can be improved.

We visited after hearing this was one of the best places in Québec City for onion soup, which was the main reason we chose the restaurant. We had about a 20-minute wait for a table, which was perfectly reasonable.

We ordered the beef cheek pizza, the white pizza, the poutine, the onion soup & the poor man's pudding for dessert. The food was excellent overall-the pizzas were delicious, the poutine was great & the poor man's pudding was absolutely outstanding & the perfect way to end the meal.

Unfortunately, the onion soup was a disappointment. We had an unforgettable onion soup in Québec about six years ago (though we can't remember where) & we were hoping to relive that experience. Instead, this one was quite bland & lacked the rich, deep flavour we were expecting. It was the one dish we specifically came for so it was disappointing that it didn't live up to the reputation.

The waitstaff were friendly & attentive throughout our visit & the overall dining experience was enjoyable. If not for the onion soup, this would have been a near-perfect meal. We'd happily return for the pizzas & desserts but probably wouldn't order the onion soup again.

Loved the onion soup (poutine was a solid B), excellent waiter, & sitting outside close to the beautiful umbrellas was a genuine treat. Highly recommend for atmosphere & mostly delicious food. Everyone was having a great time during the Saturday lunch we enjoyed there...

The restaurant is located right in umbrella alley. The smash burger was really good. It had a lot of great flavors. The French onion soup was good but maybe needs a bit more salt (& I don't usually eat salty food). The cheese was melted nicely & had a good amount of broth.

We've visited this restaurant 3 times in a week. Once to try poutine for the first time & it was really good. Second time to have French onion soup & this did not disappoint. The last visit was to watch the FIFA England football a friendly match. The staff are terrific here & so good putting it on the indoor tv especially for us. The salad was delicious.

What an awesome atmosphere this place has. Its really cozy on a cold day. Food was great the french onion soup was some of the best I have had. The crème brulee was fantastic.

Me & my family had a wonderful onion soup, but the real star of the show was the salsiccia pizza.

We also caught a Canadians hockey game there, & the place had an amazing, lively atmosphere. Highly recommended!
