Came back here for lunch with my Mom. We decided to have some shareable appetizers & drinks, & it was delicious & filling. We had the fried calamari, which are so good, sweet potato fries (crunchy but soft of the inside) & their ceviche with shrimp & cucumber. With that, virgin mojitos which were so flavourful & refreshing. The staff were kind & professional, as always. I gave it 4 stars because at first we did have to wait a bit before ordering, but it was the lunch rush. I've never had a bad experience here. It's a go-to favourite when I visit here!

Bel endroit pour prendre un verre. Le Bloody Caesar a un goût trop prononcé de bbq fumé qui camoufle le reste. Les beignets de morue étaient trop frits, le goût brûlé & la texture raide. La cuisson du burger n'était pas égal. Un côté cuit, l'autre pas du tout. Les frites étaient bonnes.

Le Quai 1635 est un endroit idéal pour manger. Ambiance chaleureuse & relaxante. J'aime vraiment la nourriture. Le hamburger au boeuf était juteux & plein de saveur. Frites croustillantes & fraîches. La salade d'accompagnement est légère & rafraîchissante. J'ai aussi essayé le carpaccio de boeuf. C'est joliment présenté & délicieux. Les boissons au citron sont très rafraîchissantes. Service sympathique & rapide. Le restaurant a une atmosphère chaleureuse & élégante. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour le déjeuner ou le dîner. De superbes vues, une ambiance amusante & une excellente cuisine. Avec un temps ensoleillé, le coucher de soleil ici est encore meilleur. Je reviendrai certainement. Dans l'ensemble, une expérience culinaire parfaite.

Définitivement dans mes coup de coeur restaurant à Québec!! La nourriture & les drinks étaient EXCELLENT! Service impeccable & ce qu'on aime par dessus tout, très bon rapport qualité prix. Vous allez pas vous ruinez là-bas. C'est rare maintenant de bien manger à bon prix!! Merci encore à toute l'équipe de QUAI 1635 & à très bientôt!!!
