Nous sommes allés manger au Quai 1635 dimanche soir, nous étions 9 & avons été très bien accueillis. La nourriture était délicieuse & les 9 ont tous appréciés les plats qu'ils avaient commandés. C'est un style bistro avec beaucoup de finesse dans les ingrédients, les saveurs & les présentations. Le site est incomparable la vue sur le fleuve est magnifique & la proximité des installations de la marina & de la plage Jacques-Cartier ajoute beaucoup de charme, on peut s'y détendre ou prendre une marche après le repas.
