Though I had reserved, we were advised that they had a large party coming in for 8pm (our reservation was for 6pm, we arrived early at 5:30pm). Waiter took a while to get to us, had a lot of trouble understanding anything we asked him, we had to repeat many times. They made a mistake with one of the appetizers & said it would take an extra 5 minutes, it took more like 10. The waiter did not return to replenish our drinks, when he finally did, it took over half an hour to get them & our meals were finished. One of the drinks (a beer) was wrong, but with how long it took to get, our guest ended up just keeping it, never offered to replenish any other drinks, though the glasses were empty. He could not understand to bring regular sparkling water with a few pieces of lemon &/or lime on the side, ordering that & sending it back for the requested water took at least 15 minutes. At 7:55pm he came to say they needed the table for 8pm, we could not finish our wine & were pushed out. Mentioned everything to the manager how unprofessional it came across that we took customers there but our business was not important enough. I will never recommend this place! You are in Old Quebec City & don't even have the decency to treat customers with any kind of respect!Voir plus

Food was sub-par. Starters were good, but mains (steaks) came out cold & very tough, even for a pricey cut. Unfortunately we barely ate more than a few bites & definitely won't be back.Voir plus

restaurant avec un décor super beau je voulais un bon steak j'ai pris celui de 25 onze c'était délicieux pour le prix ça vaut vraiment la peine & leur sauces au champignons très bonne une bonne place à aller à QuébecVoir plus
Unfortunately the service was very slow. I ordered a second drink which took ages to arrive. The wrong sauce was delivered & I had to wait until I'd nearly finished before the correct one came, which was inedible because it was split.
The starters of mushrooms was very nice,but not like the picture on the menu (but maybe it was not what we thought it was).
Steaks good & cooked well, however my shrimps were undercooked & again inedible.
The bill took ages to arrive after we requested it.

A great dinner in classical wood-decor steakhouse. Waiter provided helpful suggestions & kitchen accommodated our dietary needs. Chef's recommendation printed right on the menu suggested medium-rare for these quality meats & it was spot-on advice.
