My husband & I were in Quebec for a long weekend in mid March. Looking for a Peruvian restaurant in the city, we decided to have dinner at Lima Resto Bar. The food was delicious, the lomo saltado, ceviche, chaufa de mariscos & churros had an authentic Peruvian flavor. Our server, Dorothy, was absolutely one of the best servers we've ever had (I hope she has a good salary & great times for what she does). Her passion about her job & her knowledge about every single dish made us feel so welcome in that little gem in Quebec. I highly recommend Lima Resto Bar. Este pequeno restaurante tiene una exquisita comida; pero lo más importante es el servicio de la senorita mesera, Dorothy. Nosotros hasta pensamos que ella era la duena porque la forma de atender era como que cuidaba el prestigio de su negocio. Espero que ella tenga un buen salario y sobre todo excelentes propinas. Une cuisine adaptée au goût local. Un ceviche péruvien qui goûte davantage le lait que le jus de lime. Un début de cuisine péruvienne 101, le @tumi q une carte plus variée. Malheureusement, je n'ai pas eu le temps d'essayer.
Le meilleur poisson de ma vie... & je n'aime pas le poisson! J'en recommanderais. À essayer le poisson frit & le ceviché! Merci Nicolas pour l'excellent service
Ma 1re visite ayant été surprenante & délicieuse, j'avais un peu peur d'avoir des attentes trop élevées. Au contraire, j'ai été aussi ravie que la 1re fois. J'ai mangé le ceviche Lima, avec un exquis Pisco Sour & des churros. C'était tellement bon! & le service de Sébastien excellent! Je recommande! Un bijou!
On a super bien mangé! Les portions sont généreuses, les ingrédients sont frais & les saveurs sont authentiques. J'ai adoré le Ceviche Lima, la chicha morada & les churros. L'endroit était propre & intime, & le service était très sympathique. C'était un peu tranquille (on y était un mercredi), mais l'ambiance était quand même très agréable. J'y retournerai certainement pour essayer d'autres items du menu!
Pour avoir découvert la gastronomie Péruvienne lors d'un voyage au Pérou, nous avons été comblés de retrouver certains plats typiques ici à Québec avec toute la qualité & les saveurs que nous avions tant appréciées. Le Pisco Sour était top, le Ceviche Lima était délicieux & la Poutine Fuego de la Poutineweek était une excellente adaptation à notre plat local. L'accueil chaleureux & le service empressé de Nicolas ont été à la hauteur. On y reviendra c'est certain!
Magnifique, toutes les saveurs y étaient. Les ceviches sont excellentes. & le gérant est vraiment au petit soin, très poli & courtois. L'ambiance est sympa, familial. J'y retournerai volontiers.
The service was excellent. I like the ambiance of the place. The food was delectable. We ordered ceviche, however the cuts were a little too big,should be cut smaller. The place was a little too cold for my liking. I didn't take of my jacket. The music was nice, adds to a good ambiance. Their soltado was tasty too & was cooked well, I would have preferred if it was cut smaller too.
