Très bonne découverte !
Cependant, il fait (trop) froid à l'intérieur.
La présence de coriandre n'était pas indiquée sur le plat au boeuf, alors qu'elle l'est pour celui au porc. N'aimant pas la coriandre, j'ai pu la mettre de côté, mais la quantité reste tout de même assez généreuse…
