We stopped in early on a Monday evening for dinner. The place was empty. We were asked if we had a reservation. We said no. The server then asked if we called. We said no. He then asked if my husband's name was David. We said no. He didn't seem to believe us. It was a bit odd & very uncomfortable - not sure what was going on, but it did not make us feel very welcomed. The food was very unique & authentic - seemed like someone in the kitchen was making it with a lot of love. We enjoyed a signature cocktail & shared several small plates. We asked about the "dessert of the day" as mentioned in the menu & we were told "it's just churros". I really wish I could give a five star review but the service was just not up to par with the prices & the atmosphere. The server seemed bored & bothered by us...wish that wasn't our experience. I recommend it for the food & atmosphere but just don't expect too much from your servers.

C'était ma première expérience de cuisine péruvienne & je suis comblée! C'était absolument délicieux - l'entrée, le plat principal & le chicha morada sour. L'endroit est petit mais ça fait son charme: c'est super cozy & invitant! En tant que végétarienne, j'ai très bien mangé. 🌱 & le service par Dorothée était excellent!

We were visiting QC & were excited to visit a Peruvian restaurant to indulge in some ceviche. Unfortunately all of the ceviche's were premade & contained shrimp which I'm allergic to. Instead we opted for octopus which was rather disappointing. It consists of four saltine crackers with a piece of octopus on each drown in a balsamic sauce. One of the main dishes, fried rice with chicken was tasty & the other was a tilapia fish dish that was over breaded. All-in-all, this was just okay & not worth the schlep to the location
