Hier a 17hres. Nous nous présentons afin de manger de la pizza mais non Impossible, la dame nous dit qu'il n'y a pas de pate que la personne qui devait la faire n'est pas venu. Elle me dit encore toute relaxe : ce n'est pas grave c'est la première fois, je lui réponds une fois de trop & nous sommes parties. Nous n'en revenons pas . Elle vient de perdre 2 clients mais ce n'est pas grave. Jamais nous ne retournerons dans ce resto. Incroyable. Bonjour en réponse a Mme.la propriétaire je comprends que cela puisse être la première fois que ca arrive, cependant lorsque nous nous déplaçons dans un resto & que la pizza est au menu nous nous attendons normalement a pouvoir la commander. Ma remarque n'était pas pour critiquer gratuitement mais simplement souligner qu' un plat du menu devrait être disponible a l'arrivée des clients. Je crois qu'un resto gagne a écouter les commentaires des clients car ils peuvent aider a améliorer l'organisation & le service. Cordialement. Colette. Merci

J'ai commandé sur uber eats car le restaurant disait s'appeller Kyra-no, réputé par sa pizza J'ai commander une pizza & une poutine italienne à 15$, la livraison arrive & c'est une sauce brune!?!? Lorsque j'appelle on me dit qu'on ce sont tromper , je demande qu'on me
livre la bonne commande & on me met sur attente pendant 10 minutes pour que finalement je me déplace moi même pour qu'on me refasse la poutine!!! Aucun dédommagement! Gardez votre argent

c'est littéralement de la fraude se faire passer par un autre restaurant!!!!

J'ai vraiment très apprécié & ils vont me revoir. Que ce soit pour essayer les plats exotiques (Wow dépaysant & délicieux!) ou la pizza (Kyrano). Excellent service!
