Best carbonara this side of the Pacific. Nearly on par with Michelin star restaurants in Roma, in some aspects their guanciale was better.

Après m'être installé avec ma conjointe à une table sélectionnée par le personnel, j'ai fermé les yeux & me suis réveillé croyant être en Italie. Mais non j'étais au Savini à Québec!!! Quelle belle soirée agrémentée d'un excellent repas servi par du personnel plein de petites attentions. Nous y retournerons c'est certain. Très belle découverte.
