Vraiment déçu de l'endroit j'ai échappé ma boisson & quand j'ai demandé si je pouvais en avoir une autre. Les employés on refuse de m'en refaire un alors qu'ils avait été témoins de la scene.

J'ai pris la peine d'appeler en succursale afin de savoir l'heure de fermeture & rendue sur place, on m'a demandé de sortir parce qu'ils fermaient. Il était 21h tandis qu'au téléphone on m'a avisé que la succursale fermait à 21h30. Ce n'est malheureusement pas la première fois que cet événement m'arrive. En effet, à la même succursale deux mois auparavant, on m'a demandé de sortir puisqu'ils manquaient de personnel & donc qu'ils fermaient à 17h au lieu de 21h.

Mes quatre dernières visites sont boff, les commandes des clients à l'avant de moi sont toujours ratés, & les miennes aussi, ils doivent recommencer les commandes de presque chaque clients lorsque j'y suis.
Une boisson que je commande un matin n'est plus disponible le lendemain matin & on se fait répondre que ce drink n'as jamais été disponible sur le menu.. c'est dommage, en espérant que cette situation soit temporaire!

Starbucks peu achalandé & le service est toujours très bon, par contre la musique pop beaucoup trop forte est horrible pour étudier. Alors ça va pour attraper un café, mais l'ambiance n'invite pas à rester. Dommage, car ça manque dans le coin, un café ou l'on peut étudier.

The store is clean. Staff are friendly & wear their smiles. The store gives a light feeling when you are inside.
Orientation of tables are great. I was able to work while sipping my cup of coffee too.
