Leah was amazing! Incredible service for our Christmas Party! It was our first time & we had a great time! We will definitely be back as a group or individually. Thank you Leah. Just a comment for the chef: the foie gras sauce could use a little more foie gras. But all the steaks were amazing !!!
First time in Québec & we are so grateful for the beautiful city, culture, & its lovely people. We found Steak Avenue after a careful search for a good steakhouse that also reflected Québécois cuisine, & it did not disappoint.
From the moment we walked in, the service was warm & welcoming. We were visiting from Chicago, & as first-timers in Québec, it was comforting to find the staff friendly, helpful, & English-speaking despite my limited French. Our coats were taken for us, & we were brought into a small but cozy, dimly lit dining room.
Léa was our waitress for the evening, & she was incredibly friendly, attentive, & made us feel right at home. She gave us plenty of time to look over the menu & checked in on us throughout the night.
The food was excellent. I ordered the Wagyu flank with vegetables & garlic mashed potatoes, cooked medium-& it was truly perfection. I also tried a peach mojito mocktail that paired beautifully with the meal.
Overall, this is a wonderful establishment. Great food, great service, & a warm atmosphere. I look forward to returning on future trips to Québec. Merci beaucoup!
le Vieux-Québec est toujours un peu comme entrer dans un conte de fées, mais notre récente visite au Steak Avenue vieux a élevé cette expérience à un niveau supérieur. Ce n'est pas seulement un steakhouse; c'est une destination culinaire qui allie parfaitement le charme historique à une gastronomie de classe mondiale.

We are from out of town & the experience was 10/10. Hands down the best fresh oysters, french onion soup, flank steak & salmon we've ever had. The food came out like pieces of art. Laura was our waitress & she went above & beyond for us, answering our questions for food choices as well as giving us suggestions on places to go while we are staying in Quebec. Highly….HIGHLY recommend. Worth every penny.
Very disappointed. Service was good at first but dropped off thereafter. It took 45 minutes to get entrees after we had finished our appetizers. Two of us ordered the 40-day aged Delmonico Steak for $72 per. The steaks came out cooked correctly, but they definitely WERE NOT Delmonico. They were for sure NY Strip Steaks, & they were definitely not aged at all. They were firm, shaped like strip steaks, consisted of virtually no marbling, & flavorless. I paid extra for Foie gras sauce. It was nothing but brown gravy & tasteless.
The rib eye steak 40 days aged is exquisite. The lobster tail is also very delicious. The Tuxedo dessert was a perfect sweet touch at the end. Thanks for Adam's great service & smile.
Nous étions 6 personnes ayant mangé des entrées, burger, crabe, steaks & pétoncles. Nous avons tous adoré la nourriture sauf les pétoncles qui étaient ordinaires. Mais pour les steaks, vous ne vous trompez pas, peu importe votre choix! Le restaurant porte très bien son nom!
Notre serveur Rémi & ses collègues nous ont donné un service hors pair! L'ambiance était excellente!
