Nous y sommes allés dans le cadre de Québec Exquis, & le qualificatif s'appliquait bien : c'était exquis! Excellent service & repas délicieux, de l'entrée au dessert.

Les différents accords pour le repas étaient excellents. Le service aussi. Mais pour l'épicurienne que je suis, j'ai trouvé la portion relativement petite.

Excellente Table...On se méfie souvent des restos d'hôtel mais on a souvent tort & le resto du Pur peut vous le prouver. Belle table d'hôte & un resto qui participe aux activités de la cité comme cette semaine avec la Chasse week.

Les plats sont très originaux, avec des ingrédients de première qualité. Enfin un resto qui se démarque des autres. Que ça soit pour déjeuner ou souper, il n'y a aucune chance d'être déçu. À découvrir!
