Dined on-site, ordering a shrimp pad thai that truly exceeded my expectations. The pad thai included plump, juicy shrimp, cooked to perfection, along with a medley of fresh vegetables such as bell peppers, carrots, & onions. The dish was generously sauced with a savory, slightly spicy sauce that had the perfect balance of sweet & tangy flavors. The sauce coated the shrimp & vegetables beautifully, infusing every bite with rich, bold taste. The rice noodles were cooked OK however. While the prices at Thai Express might seem a bit high at first glance, the quality & portion size of the food justify the cost. For anyone looking for a flavorful & satisfying Thai meal, I highly recommend Thai Express. Their shrimp pad thai is a standout dish that showcases the freshness & vibrancy of their ingredients.
