J'ai commandé un pad thaï au poulet chez ThaiZone & j'ai été assez surprise de constater qu'il y avait davantage de tofu que de poulet dans mon plat.

Lorsque j'ai posé la question, on m'a simplement répondu que c'était normal qu'un pad thaï au poulet contienne du tofu. Je comprends que le tofu puisse faire partie de la recette, mais lorsqu'on commande au poulet, je m'attends tout de même à ce que le poulet soit la protéine principale.

À mon avis, ce serait pertinent d'en informer clairement les clients au moment de la commande, surtout pour ceux qui ne s'attendent pas à avoir une quantité importante de tofu dans leur plat. Une petite précision au menu éviterait bien des surprises.

Le plat était bon, mais j'ai trouvé l'expérience décevante sur ce point.

Aucun service. Personnel qui a hâte de terminer son chiffre. D'ailleurs, inutile d'essayer de commander après 19 h 20 alors que ça ferme à 20h... le personnel trouve toujours une excuse pour dire qu'ils ne prennent plus de commande. C'est régulier & très regrettable!

je n étais pas aller a ce thayzone depuis quelques années à cause du manque de sauce & auj à cause du coupon 2 pour 1 suis aller voir quel beau changement extra sauce intéressant ..bon service tout était chaud & tres bon merci bonne journée

Merciii a Aurélia qui a donner un service exceptionnel! Elle a pris mes allergies très au sérieux & a regardé la liste de tout les ingrédients pour moi & c'est assuré qu'il n'y ai pas de contamination croisé avec un de mes allergènes. C'est vraiment le fun de sentir qu'on ne dérange pas quand ont vas au restaurant. Merci beaucoup:)

Repas pokethair avec troo de sauce, mangue molle dans un sirop epais pas tres appétissant. Concombre & carotte en vrille difficile a manger & le choux était couper en tres gros morceaux. Bref on nous offre p as de biscuit chinois.
