Très bon service de l'assistant-gérant. En plus, le resto ferme plus tard que les autres Thaï Zone le jeudi, vendredi & samedi, soit à 1h00. Pratique lorsqu'on termine à minuit & qu'on a une fringale!

J'ai passé un excellent moment. L'accueil de l'assistant gérant était vraiment chaleureux & professionnel, & les plats étaient tout simplement délicieux. Une très belle expérience que je recommande sans hésiter.

« J'ai eu plusieurs erreurs de commande par le passé.
Lors d'une première commande, les sauces de la boîte découverte de dumplings étaient manquantes.
Lors de la suivante, j'ai reçu un thé glacé Brisk au lieu de la canette pétillante à la framboise de la marque Thai Zone.

J'ai contacté le restaurant & le gérant m'avait mentionné qu'un crédit serait appliqué sur une prochaine commande. En rappelant pour recommander, l'assistant-gérant m'a dit qu'il n'y aurait pas d'erreur cette fois-ci. J'ai alors demandé si je pouvais au moins recevoir la canette manquante, ce qui a été accepté, mais à condition que je retire mon avis 2 étoile précédent.

Je trouve important de partager mon expérience telle qu'elle a été vécue. Je mets donc 3 étoiles pour reconnaître le geste, tout en restant honnête sur les erreurs répétées. »
