J'ai payé 39$ pour un repas immangeable. Le riz du général tao était dur comme des roches. J'ai appelé poliment pour demander un remplacement & on m'a refusé en me raccrochant au nez. Service inacceptable. Je ne recommande pas.

En 12 ans, j'ai mangé au moins 60 fois au Thai Zone. C'était ma première fois à cette succursale. D'habitude, aux autres adresses, le poulet du Général Tao est "mou" un peu comme s'il était cuit vapeur ou bouilli dans la sauce. La sauce est très sucrée, bien que très bonne ! Le riz & les légumes sont tantôt trop cuits, tantôt pas assez. Globalement c'est bon ! Aujourd'hui, c'était différent; poulet était très croustillant, la sauce bien balancée, en plus de ne pas prendre le dessus sur les légumes. L'osmose des saveurs entre ces légumes & sauce a bien été accomplie ! Le riz était un peu trop cuit, mais le reste a tellement bien été exécuté que ça pardonne complètement. Honnêtement, c'est ma meilleure expérience de Tao parmi toute les autres enseignes de restauration que j'ai pu essayé. Était-ce un coup de chance ou une nouvelle standardisation de qualité?
