28 juin j'ai passé une commande sur le site de thaï zone pour une commande d un général tao & un curry rouge. J'ai reçu l'appel à 18h47 du livreur qui me dit qu'il est à la porte principale de mon immeuble. Je lui explique de monter au 306. Il me dit qu'il n'y a pas d'appartement d'inscrit. Je ne peux pas expliquer pourquoi le numéro n'est pas apparu puisque je l'avais indiqué dans la commande en ligne sur le site de thaï zone. Il me dit « viens chercher ta commande ». J'ai raccroché & j'ai appelé le thaï zone bouvier, le monsieur au téléphone, manque total de service à la clientèle me dit « je parle français? Je ne vais pas vous rembourser ». Vous engagez des personnes qui se permettent d'être impoli & sans sens de fidélisation de votre clientèle parce qu'il entendent un accent au téléphone.

The guy in front of me ordered the same thing as I did. General Thao. I was picking food up for my girlfriend so I was actually ordering two general thaos. I watched the cook divide one order into three. He stirred & cooked three orders in one pan, mixing my food with the guy in front of me's order. He seemed to have forgotten that when you cook a huge order in one pan, it takes considerably longer to cook. Seems like he wanted to save some time, but I assumed it was normal at the time.

When I got my order & passed the food around to my girlfriend, we realized how absolutely terrible the food was. He seemed to have forgotten that the ingredients that add flavor like the sauce also needed to be tripled since he combined orders. Meaning my thao was not only undercooked since the pan was overfilled with 3 orders, but also missing most of the veggies & most of the sauce.

Listen. Thai Zone is already expensive, now think about how 2 meals cost & go elsewhere. This place is to avoid, sadly.

I wanted to share this before, but I wasn't even offered receipts. It was in the late afternoon of saterday April 25, 2026

Il n'y a pas de sauce jusqu'au fond du plat alirs on se retrouve avec plein de vermicelles complètement blanches. De plus, on commande un padthai aux crevettes & nous recevons 4 petites crevettes pour tous le repas bien que ce soit un supplément. Deuxième déception avec ce restaurant.

J'ai payé 39$ pour un repas immangeable. Le riz du général tao était dur comme des roches. J'ai appelé poliment pour demander un remplacement & on m'a refusé en me raccrochant au nez. Service inacceptable. Je ne recommande pas.

Le riz n'était pas complètement cuit donc ce n'était pas mangeable. J'irai à un autre thai zone la prochaine fois.

Erreur dans la commande...impossible d'avoir nos plats & incapable de nous faire rembourser avant le lendemain...peut être.
