1h30 avant de recevoir notre commande en livraison… sans aucun avertissement qu'il y avait des retards pour la livraison, & ce, même après avoir appeler après 1h. Un format de soupe pas complet & aucun pris ajusté! Des pâtes froides lorsqu'on les reçois!

Je suis très déçu car j'ai toujours fait livrer mon repas & depuis cette hiver, il ne livre plus chez moi malgré le fait que je suis littéralement à 5 minutes du restaurent. J'ai appelé & on m'a répondu qu'il ne pouvait rien faire. Je ne comprend pas pourquoi soudainement, mon adresse ne fait plus partie de la livraison possible alors que je suis à seulement quelques minutes.

Commande en ligne. Déjà, 3,99$ pour la livraison, c'est un peu cher, je laisse quand même 10% de pourboire, allez. Rien à dire sur la vitesse de livraison, rien à redire sur la bouffe, c'est du Topla. Par contre, LE LIVREUR A DÉPOSÉ LE SAC DEVANT LA PORTE SANS MÊME FRAPPER !!! Heureusement que je l'ai vu, sinon mon sac serait resté au froid 10, 20 ou 30 minutes. Ce n'est pas un colis, c'est de la bouffe !! C'est totalement inadmissible ! INADMISSIBLE !!
