La caissière m'a facturé un montant plus élevé que celui indiqué sur la facture. De plus, ma soupe & les échalotes manquaient à la commande, & le service était désagréable.
J'ai contacté Top La sur Instagram avec un message poli afin de signaler la situation, mais au lieu de gérer le problème, ils m'ont simplement bloquée.
Une semaine plus tard, j'y suis retournée & une autre erreur s'est produite : j'ai reçu des raviolis sauce rosée plutôt que le pesto commandé.
Expérience décevante à répétition. Le service a clairement chuté depuis le rachat par Salvatore. Dommage de voir une entreprise qui était excellente auparavant ne plus se soucier de clients fidèles qui y dépensent plusieurs fois par semaine. Je ne recommande pas.

Commande en ligne. Déjà, 3,99$ pour la livraison, c'est un peu cher, je laisse quand même 10% de pourboire, allez. Rien à dire sur la vitesse de livraison, rien à redire sur la bouffe, c'est du Topla. Par contre, LE LIVREUR A DÉPOSÉ LE SAC DEVANT LA PORTE SANS MÊME FRAPPER !!! Heureusement que je l'ai vu, sinon mon sac serait resté au froid 10, 20 ou 30 minutes. Ce n'est pas un colis, c'est de la bouffe !! C'est totalement inadmissible ! INADMISSIBLE !!
