Le fait que les employés ne répondent pas au téléphone rend le service en salle en manger très désagréable. Nous nous entendons à peine parler & le bruit devient très tannant. Les employés font juste le regarder sonner.

Les commandes en ligne arrivent tout le temps incomplètes. Des fois c'est les accompagnements, des fois c'est carrément le breuvage & le dessert... oui ils compensent en donnant un rabais pour la commande suivante, mais juste recevoir la bonne commande (au complet) du premier coup c'est souvent vraiment suffisant pour faire plaisir à un client pour vrai... Ça faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas commandé chez eux, & ça reprendra du temps avant que je le refasse, malgré mon nouveau rabais qui attend dans mon dossier.

Service en général rapide avec un choix intéressant de pâtes en tous genres: en effet, plusieurs combinaisons de pâtes, sauces & accompagnements vous sont offerts.

Il y a souvent des nouveaux mets en promotion selon la saison (homar, mac&cheese etc).
Vous pouvez aussi changer les sauces des plats à votre guise.

La salle à manger offre des tables confortables pouvant accueillir des petites familles sans problème.

J'ai personnellement mangé le plat de pâtes aux fruits de mer (beaucoup de vrai homard :) ),beau restaurant, belle déco contemporaine,propreté exemplaire, personnel souriant & tout cela pour dix dollars! Je suis impressionné & recommande ce resto à tous.
