Cuisine inventive d'inspiration japonaise. Un petit peu trop sucrée à mon goût & par rapport à la cuisine au Japon mais délicieux. Les takoyakis sont meilleurs qu'au Japon.

Tsukemono are supposed to be fermented vegetables. I was served grandma's vinegar mason jar vegetables, & not very good ones. Ferment your vegetables or don't pretend they are something they're not.

The main dish was a super busy mayonaise sauce filled pokebowl. Japanese cuisine is normally subtle & pure, this was hawaian food. I didn't come here for this.

The dumplings were excellent. Really good.

The japanese lemonade was also excellent.

The main dish & vegetables were rather disappointing.
