Les dumplings sont juste fabuleux.
Nous avons pris les trois premiers de la carte & c'était délicieux.
Une explosion de saveurs en bouche !
Nous avons recommandé une deuxième tournée de ceux au porc-citronnelle- gingembre. Ils sont inoubliables.
Nous n'avions pas réservé mais on nous a trouvé une place au bar.
& la serveuse était extra.

Excellent food, nearly all dishes we tried had a deep, unexpected & overall delicious flavor profile - the sauces are especially very well crafted. The cuisine is a mix between french cuisine & typical izakaya - don't go expecting traditional, to the book, japanese food. They also maintain a nice, high quality sake selection which is worth sampling from. We went to a lot of high-end gastronomic restaurants in Quebec city & for its price, this one is a little gem - in terms of culinary brilliance, I'd say it is on par with some of the meals we had at the big names such as the Legende & the Clan.
Only bad point, like some reviews pointed out, the ambience can be noisy at times. Service was excellent: efficient, to the point & without undue ostentation.

Vraiment une belle expérience lundi soir quand je suis passé au restaurant & que j'ai découvert le spéciale du lundi à prix staff pour bière & Dumpling. Service efficace & rapide, bonne bouffe, personnel courtois, souriant & professionnel!
