Bon pour commencer, dans un restaurant le but, c'est de bien manger, & la nourriture a été splendide. Alors, la plupart des points sont gagnés. Par contre, le service a été très long & on voyais qu'un des serveur avait plus d'expérience & s'occupait en majorité des tables & de sortir les plats à place de ses collègues. Il était en sueur avec raison, ce que je trouvais honorable. Par contre le barman était très sympathique, mais nouveau dans l'établissement je pense, & la serveuse semblait tanné, dégouté de son travail. Peut-être manquait-il de staff en service ? La plupart du temps on voyait les plats trainé assez longtemps sur le pass.... Dont les notres, mais avec surprise, les plats étaient chauds & bien servis.
L'établissement mérite bien une étoile michelin, mais à comparé du Hono, mmhhh pas le même level, surtout à cause du service, mais aussi à cause des plats, moins bon que le Hono Izakaya.
Merci tout de même pour le repas, c'était très bien, & une belle sélection de vins & bières ils ont :)

Absolutely delicious food - we got the braised beef dumplings, lobster risotto & takoyaki, followed by the rhubarb baba for dessert. Absolutely superb flavour profiles. Service was a bit slow though, servers weren't attentive & atmosphere was mediocre. Would definitely come back for thr food though!

Nous y Sommers par our hazard & je ne me souvenais plus d'avoir deja lu sur eux, j'avais compris que l'expérience en valait le coup... J'ai été légèrement deçu, le service ne m'a absolument pas impressioné. Les serveurs ne connaisait pas leur menu ni les alcohols & pour ce qui est de la nourriture c'etait ok sans plus. Je ne conseille pas forcément, mais il y a mieux dans le même secteurs.

Super expérience du dumpling au poulet karaage. Excellents légumes marinés & ambiance! Seul bémol, il faisait très chaud à la salle de bain au sous-sol. 🥵

Unbelievable experience! The owner was so friendly to us at the bar & explained the whole menu to us in English. He spent a lot of time on us & gave really good suggestions. All the food was soooo yummy & the calamari was out of this world! We wanted a dessert despite ordering a lot of plates & he recommended mushroom ice cream. We were hesitant but it was genuinely very good 😊 He suggested we split & it was the perfect amount. Would love to go back!

The food was great, service was great but music was too loud, could barely talk to my wife sitting in front of me.
For 2 people we ordered 6 dishes to share. The plates are like'Tapas' & they are small. The overall price is ok considering the quality of the food. We added dessert & we were full.
The Calamari is one of the best Calamari I have eaten in my life.
