J'ai du attendre 45 minutes avant que ma nourriture arrive. Le restaurant était loin d'être plein & la bouffe était correct. C'était ma première expérience là bas & je suis loin d'être satisfait du service reçu. Ça leurs a pris 45 minutes pour cuisiner un mac & cheese. Expérience noté 2/10

Ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante poco fuori Quebec City.
Ambiente grande e curato.

Personale attento e gentile.

Abbiamo notato una qualità più bassa rispetto allo stesso ristorante sulla strada che va a Baie-Saint-Chaterine dove i piatti erano abbondanti, pancakes enormi e frutta freschissima.

Questo il motivo delle 3⭐? al cibo.

J'ai reçu confirmation de ma commande à 17:38 & elle a été livrée par ueat à 19:31... Les frites & le sous-marin étaient complètement refroidis. Bien sûr, une fois réchauffés, les frites & le sous-marin dont le pain était mouillé ne sont plus très bons. En résumé, c'était pas mangeable. Ma cote précédente passe de 5 à 1 & je vous promets que je ne commanderai plus jamais.

Nous y étions ce matin… Le restaurant n'était pas du tout à pleine capacité & le service a été très long. Ça pris 15 minutes avant que quelqu'un vienne nous voir pour nous offrir eau/café… Notre hôtesse était très courtoise par contre, ce que nous avions apprécié

Vendredi nous étions 3 & avons été servis par Arianne. Elle nous a donné un excellent service. Très consciencieuse, professionnelle & à l'écoute de ses clients. Merci Arianne.

Arriver vers 17h15. 2 adultes 2 enfants. On nous a demander si on était prêt a commander 30 secondes après s'être assis. On a dit non alors on a eu 30 minutes pour y penser. Ensuite nous avons attendu 1h avant que sa arrive. Jamais eu de re-fil d'eau ou quoi que ce sois, personne n'est venu nous voir. Le dessert pour enfants était compris avec le repas, on a demander de l'apportez en même temps que la facture.La serveuse est revenu 20min après avec la facture , & pour nous dire qu'il n'y avait plus le dessert qu'on avait demander. Service horible & lenteur extrème. Les repas était correct , sans plus.

Sa fesait longtemps qu'on avait pas été au Mikes , & je ne pense pas y retourner.
