Come and discover one of the branches of Ricardo's coffee by the chef. He opened this with his wife Brigitte to share their love of entertaining loved ones.
Located in the Galeries de la Capitale, you can go there for brunch, dinner, or a meal. All the dishes are from his magazine and may inspire you to recreate his recipes at home!
The coffee is roasted in Montreal and transported to Quebec City, the infusions come from Camellia Sinensis and they serve excellent hot chocolates.
LA MAISON SMITH

Located in the heart of Old Quebec, in Limoilou, Île d'Orléans, Montcalm, and Sillery, the romantic atmosphere blends with the modern touch and the smell of coffee emanating from the Smith hearth. With 7 locations and still expanding, you will soon find a location near you. The Limoilou location also offers a microbrewery beer, a glass of wine, or a cocktail.

Open since 1987, they are a true institution in Quebec City as a café and now a bistro. The decor is made of artists' photos, stained glass, books, and antiques. The place is warm and super welcoming.
Being located near Laval University, they welcome many students. During the day, you will see many people studying, working, and chatting. At night, the place turns into a bistro with good microbrewery beers.
There is a selection of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The food is friendly and everyone can find their pleasure.
LE COCHON DINGUE

Specializing in Parisian-inspired cuisine with a Quebecois accent, Cochon Dingue's various locations are always full of their excellent brunches. They are open for lunch and dinner services as well.
You can go there for a good meal, as well as for a hot drink. Of course, their coffee and lattes are good, but we especially remember their hot chocolates. Definitely, one of the best in town, their hot chocolate is served the old-fashioned way with 64% Laura Secord dark chocolate with a mixture of half milk and half cream foamed to perfection.
If you go during peak hours, consider making a reservation early to avoid long lines.
