The iced latte was smooth and refreshing, while the iced Americano was a great choice for those who enjoy a stronger coffee taste. The quality of the drinks was impressive, and everything was prepared with care. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided great service, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Le Petit Dep has a wonderful atmosphere that combines the charm of a local café with high-quality coffee. It is a great place to enjoy a relaxing moment, whether you are starting your day, taking a break, or simply looking for a delicious coffee while visiting Old Quebec. I hardly ever write reviews but felt that the service, food and view were worth writing about. We arrived by cruise ship and dined here for lunch. Restaurant was well organised and prepared. English menus available. My husband enjoyed the non-alcoholic IPA beer on offer and the Pinot Grigio was excellent. The stand out for me was the Tidal Wave Waffle Cone with lobster, scallops, crab and shrimp (cold filling). What a delightful mix of savoury filling with the Waffle Cone. Chicken burger was great too. Thank you for great service , exciting menu and perfect drinks. Fond memories of Saguenay. 😍

It takes a lot for me to leave a one-star review, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish. I was visiting on a cruise and only had a short stop in town, so I ordered a poutine to go. The first surprise was the price: nearly $25 for a very small portion. It felt extremely overpriced for what was served. Then, when paying for a takeout order, I was prompted for a tip. I reluctantly left 10%, yet I still felt as though it wasn't appreciated based on the staff's reaction. Tipping is a personal choice, especially for takeout, and customers shouldn't be made to feel uncomfortable regardless of what they choose. The biggest issue was the service. I waited about 20 minutes for my order even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. When I politely asked if someone could check with the kitchen, the response was dismissive: I was told,'We'll give it to you when it's here.' Moments later, the server simply walked to the kitchen window and picked up my food-which appeared to have been sitting there already. For a restaurant in a tourist destination, this was a very poor experience. Overpriced food, slow service, and an attitude that made customers feel like an inconvenience are not a good combination. Visitors have many choices when they stop in town, and based on my experience, I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Good selection of draught beers made on the premises. Food was varied. extremely small appetitive dishes and then large portions for the main course. Very reasonable $23 3 course lunch offers. There are tables at ground level with glass panels that help to shield one from the strong wind. Good service. Very near the cruise terminal and the bus turn around area.

Ambiance sympa surtout avec un concert en bas. Par contre les burgers sont très moyens vu le prix :(. Le cocktail manquait d'alcool. Les bières sont bonnes mais la dégustation revient à 15,5$+tax c'est cher.

Les pâtes aux fruits de mer étaient relativement chers et il y avait presque juste de la goberge... j'ai été decue de ce côté. Un plat à environ 35$ je m'attendais à quelque chose de mieux. J'étais en vacances au Saguenay et j'avais envie de fruits de mer, finalement je suis reste sur ma faim pour ca. Mis à part ce plat, le reste à été super et le dessert était très bon!

Très bon restaurant. Belle emplacement. Nous avons décidé de prendre 4 entrées comme repas. Le tartare de saumon, le saumon fumé, les escargots carbonara étaient excellent. Le tatare de boeuf était moins goûteux mais quand même bon. C'est juste une question de goût. Je recommande ce restaurant!

Nous avons été accueilli par un serveur très sympathique! Après avoir choisi le beurre à l'ail comme assaisonnement, il nous a conseillé la sauce maison, ce que nous avons accepté et nous n'avons pas regretté!! C'était l'un des meilleurs restaurants a vie! Grosses portions pour le prix quand meme!!

Hier soir je crois que j'ai rêvé. J'ai rêvé que je mangeais avec une amie un plat exquis de crevettes-lait de coco-jalapenos, puis des frites croustillantes trempées dans un aïoli citroné succulent, puis des belles tomates du pays multicolores sauce putanesca et ciabatta maison délicieuse puis un cheese cake léger aux arômes d'earl grey accompagné d'une compote de rhubarbe... Sur une jolie terrasse de la rue st Jean. Avec un service d'une gentillesse incroyable. Pour moins de 40$ par personne????!!!! Non mais pincez moi: je rêve 🤩🥰
