This place is so good and so cute. The matcha 10/10 i was in LOVE!!! I had 1 and sat inside and even took 1 to go. Their croissant sandwich and the almond croissant was delicious i would've got another croissant with the almonds but they were out. I highly recommend and the girls were really friendly.

This was the first meal we had in Quebec City and it turned out to be our favorite meal. Oysters, beef tartare, ham, chicken -- it was all delicious. Service was very friendly. Would highly recommend.

La nourriture est excellente! Vraiment, je recommande ! Le prix un peu cher, mais somme toute, on voit que la nourriture et les assiettes sont pensées. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix dans le menu.

Bon mais décevant. Fidèle cliente de Paillard depuis 15 ans et habituée de toutes les succursales, je suis malheureusement très déçue de ma récente visite. Dès l'entrée, le manque d'entretien saute aux yeux : vitres très sales, vitrines à moitié vides parsemées de miettes de pain et de pâtisseries, et sol négligé où l'on voit encore les restes des flèches directionnelles de la pandémie. De plus, les menus sur les écrans de télévision étaient en panne et les toilettes laissaient à désirer. Côté service, après avoir servi les clients, trois employés sont restés à bavarder dans un coin au lieu de s'affairer au nettoyage. Face à ce constat, je n'ai même pas osé regarder l'état des comptoirs de la cuisine. Il est clair que la gestion actuelle manque de rigueur et d'efforts, ce que je trouve extrêmement dommage pour une enseigne de cette réputation.

Ähm, für ein Restaurant, und schreib rein, dass das Essen halt unfassbar gut war und die Bedienung super nett und alles super freundlich, und das Lokal ist sowohl innen als auch außen wunder, wunderschön ist. Und, gut, die Portionen sind jetzt nicht so groß, aber das ist halt irgendwie häufig so, bei so gutem Essen. Ähm, ja, aber vor allem auch bitte mit Hinweis, dass man dort bedenkenlos mit Zöliakie essen gehen kann.Und der Koch selbst Zöliakie hat, und deswegen weiß, wie er das Essen zubereiten muss, und dass man eigentlich alle Speisen- dass sie- dass du jede Speise nehmen kannst und sie machen das halt dann so, dass man das essen kann. Unglaublich gutes Essen, super freundlicher Service und ein wunderschönes Lokal - innen wie außen. Die Portionen sind eher kleiner, aber bei dieser Qualität absolut nachvollziehbar. Für Menschen mit Zöliakie besonders empfehlenswert: Der Koch ist selbst betroffen, kennt sich bestens aus und kann praktisch jedes Gericht sicher glutenfrei zubereiten.

We were introduced to this restaurant during a food tour of Quebec City. I like ALL food but two items I almost never get are Mac and cheese and any kind of gnocci. I find them heavy and unpleasant. During the food tour they served their version of Mac and Cheese......made with gnocci......yea...... I must admit that I had a'Ratatouille' moment....like in the Pixar movie. Stars exploded, lights flashed, etc....you get the picture. This wasnot just the best mac and cheese I had ever had, this was probably in the top 5 things I have ever eaten! So, we went back for dinner on a subsequent evening.......I forced myself to try something else......wow! Everything I ate was fantastic. Like in the movie, I think I could just walk in and tell them to have the chef make me anything she wishes. The chef (I believe it is a lady) is now one of my top 3 favorite chefs. And based on others in the tour group, and the tables around us at dinner, I believe she has made the list for many others also. Go to BE Club, try any and everything, you will not be disappointed. But of course, make sure someone at the table gets the Mac and Cheese! Chef, when you are ready to escape the cold Quebec winters, come to Tampa and look me up, we need your services here!

We stumbled upon BEC after striking out on several other restaurants with no open takes. Unfortunately BEC was booked too but the maître d' encouraged us to return in 2 hours and gave us recommendations on where to go in the meantime. When we returned he had a table for us and had one of the best dining experiences ever. The staff was so kind and made great drink and food recommendations. Should be a top choice for others looking to feel at home in a new place.

We made our reservations before traveling to Quebec City based on other reviews and we were not disappointed. We enjoyed the quaint, rustic vibe of the restaurant and the fact that it is somewhat away from the crowds. The spacing of the courses may be too slow for some, but we like to savor our dining experience and this was perfect.

Lovely ambiance. Service was excellent. Food was wonderful. Not an extensive menu or wine list but a decent range of dishes prepared with local (and named i.e. the farm or locale where the meat or fish originate) and fresh ingredients. Set off on a quiet side street away from the hustle of rue St-Jean.

Was in the mood for a great pizza and this place did not disappoint. They offer an interesting lunch special where you can get a pizza and small salad for 19$! The pizza was to die for. It tasted fresh and the dough was cooked to perfection. The service was on point and our waitress was super nice. Highly recommend this location!

Je n'avais jamais mangé une pizza aussi médiocre dans un restaurant. Et vous osez vous prendre pour un établissement à inspiration italienne… Quelle honte de faire payer ça 23$!! Sans parler du fait que vous n'avez même pas de table à langer à disposition et que votre serveur est venu nous demander 6 fois en 15 minutes quelle serait notre commande alors qu'on nourrissait notre bébé de 9 mois. Bien évidemment, tout cela vous a été mentionné, mais aucun responsable n'est venu s'excuser ou proposer un geste commercial. Sapristi, c'est FINI !

We were expecting a normal restaurant and it was cafeteria style service. As you walked in, they took your order and the employe at the counter was very rude and unpleasant. There was no waitress and no alcoholic beverages. It does not announce this on the Benny&Co site.

Absolutely terrible and unprofessional. They made us feel like they were doing us a huge favor by giving us a table. After waiting a long time, when we were finally ready to order, the server literally told us to'think twice' because he didn't have time to keep coming back to take our orders. There were 7 of us, and they brought ONE glass of water to the table and walked away. Terrible attitude, terrible service, and an overall ridiculous experience. Definitely not recommended.
