English: The restaurant is very good overall. However, this is the second time we've ordered food & requested it to be cooked medium, but the result has been disappointing. The first time, it was served medium-rare, & the second time, it came out blue. When we asked about it, they explained that the restaurant was very busy & they might have made a mistake, but that was the end of the conversation. It's a bit disappointing, but I must say that overall, it's a good restaurant. French: Le restaurant est globalement très bon. Cependant, c'est la deuxième fois que nous commandons des plats en demandant une cuisson à point, mais le résultat a été décevant. La première fois, la cuisson était saignante, & la deuxième fois, c'était carrément bleu. Quand nous avons demandé des explications, on nous a répondu que le restaurant était très occupé & qu'ils avaient peut-être fait une erreur, mais la conversation s'est arrêtée là. C'est un peu décevant, mais je dois dire qu'en général, c'est un bon restaurant.

Overpriced. Seafood fricasée was mediocre, clearly the shrimp & scallops came from a frozen bag & the lobster was overcooked. Grilled salmon was ok.

Excellent restaurant, la nourriture est très bonne, mais parfois quand c'est pour emporter on a l'impression que ça reste sur le réchaud avant l'heure le temps qu'on vienne chercher le tout, c'est parfois un peu sec rendu à la maison.

WOWW IMPECCABLE, nous sommes tous enchantés de notre repas (5 personnes,) là nourriture excellente & abordable qui dépasse de loin certain grand nom assis sur leur steaks... dans la ville de Québec comme le Charbon. ici services courtois & rapide, & avec un beau sourire ... ont reviendras c certain ! Réservées car vs n'aurez pas de place ! Encore une fois cette année en 2024 même chose service , nourriture, etc etc impeccable ! Même la vaisselle les verres & ustensiles brillent de propreté!

Woow .. entre XL délicieuse même avec les enfants.. filet mignon d'une qualité exceptionnelle. Serveuse d'une gentillesse... je suis arrivé tard , je m'attendais à me faire bouder.. accueil chaleureux.. Je reviendrais souvent
