We stayed in Quebec City for 2 nights on vacation. Found this wonderful local bakery/patisserie. We had croissant, cravate, chocolatine, chocolate eclairs & a ham & cheese sandwich. Everything was great. I wish we could have spent more time just trying the various items in the case, they looked delicious. I wish my French was better & I apologize to the staff for that. I highly recommend this place.

Désolé j'aurais aimé d'avoir la chance de connaître d'autres produits dans les semaines qui vont suivre & je pourrais donner sûrement un 5 étoiles apprêt d'avoir goûter de nouvelles gâterie.

On a commandé 2 cafés, 13$ & ce n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur & 15 minutes d'attente. Un cappuccino qui goûte plus l'eau chaude que le café, sans mousse de lait ?! Café glacé en eau… on ne recommande pas! Ce n'était pas achalandé en plus.

De 1 ça goûtait pas le cappuccino & de 2 il y avait pas de mousse dans mon cappuccino.
6$ aux vidanges
Je ne recommande pas pantoute.

Je ne donne pas une étoile pour l'institution mais bien pour le fraisier. Beaucoup de crème insipide, ferme, dure & figée, peu de fruits & pas assez de biscuit. On devrait avoir plus de mâche & plus de biscuit.
La tarte au citron reste bonne ainsi que la confiture de bleuets & je laisse une photo ce à quoi devrait ressembler un fraisier en termes de couches de biscuit, il y a toujours place à l'amélioration & ma critique est à but constructif. Comme déjà évoqué, il y a pas mal de bons produits chez vous.
