Un café caché au coeur de Limoilou, à Québec.
L'ambiance est chaleureuse & cozy, mais ce qui m'a surtout impressionné, c'est la qualité de la nourriture faite maison.
Le potage avait une vraie saveur de bisque de crustacés, avec une profondeur de goût incroyable. Excellent !
Le sandwich était parfaitement assaisonné & mettait vraiment en valeur la saucisse.
& le gâteau… chaque couche apportait une texture différente qui rendait chaque bouchée intéressante du début à la fin.
Personnellement, je lui donnerais des étoiles Michelin !

EXCELLENT! Nous avons goûté les sandwichs déjeuners ainsi que des pâtisseries & nous avons été ravis! Tout était franchement délicieux! Elles ont même fait un petit déj spécial pour nos deux petits enfants. Service 100%. Nous recommandons sans hésiter :)
