J'ai très bien mangé, comme à l'habitude. Cependant, j'ai vécu un très grand malaise lorsque la serveuse se plaignait directement aux clients quand elle ne recevait pas 15% de pourboire. Elle disait que dans ce cas, ce sera à elle de payer de ses poches le pourboire non payé par le client, car Ben & Florentine fonctionnait comme ça.
Je peux comprendre la déception de ne pas recevoir de pourboire après un bon service rendu. MAIS, je trouve qu'il est très déplacer de le dire haut & fort devant les autres clients, quel malaise. La situation personnel & financière est différente pour chacun, puis je rappel que le pourboire est optionnel. C'est malheureux pour les serveurs, mais si ça te touche autant, change de travail.

La serveuse en question a eu ce comportement à trois reprises lorsque je mangeait, envers ceux qui ne laissait pas de pourboire…

En passant, selon les nouveaux règlements en vigueur, le pourboire doit être calculer avant taxes, il est après taxes sur le terminal.

Des plats surprenants vu le bas prix. J'ai pris les oeufs bénédictine pommes & bacon & c'était excellent. La facture fait du bien en ces temps difficiles.
Comme plusieurs autres endroits, après avoir payé, on existe plus, même si on laisse un généreux pourboire.
