Service lent....trop lent,j aurais pu aller courrir un marathón,faire un chateau de cartes & faire un rubick cube & ma nourriture serait pas encore rendue a table!!! J ai demander une casserole & j ai jamais manger de quoi d aussi sec,ma tasse de café on me l a rempli a moitie ( deux demies tasses pcq la madame oubliais de m en donner malgré que j en ai demander plusieurs fois,le verre d eau s est jamais rendu malgré que je l ai demander trois fois pcq je m ettouffais avec leur assiette de patates sechées!!!une tranche de pain pour mon assiette...petit plat insipide pour 20$....non bueno😅!!!!

La nourriture était très ordinaire. Le jambon des oeufs bénédictine étaient brûlés. Le bagel au saumon fumé manquait de goût. Pour remplacer le frites par des fruits, il y a un supplément de 3$ sans que la quantité de fruits supplémentaires en vaillent la peine. Il a fallu que la serveuse aille en chercher davantage en cuisine. & le prix: 63$ pour deux personnes (incluant le surplus pour les fruits & un latte)! Je suis déçu parce que sinon, dans d'autres Ben & Florentine, j'ai toujours été satisfait.

Très mauvaise expérience aujourd'hui. Mal accueilli, service en expresse comme si on était dans une course, on entends juste les cuisiniers/ères chialer sur la clientèle & leur travail, nos assiettes n'étaient pas fraîche (fruits vieux , gauffre froide, saussice réchauffer 2 fois & froide , etc.) en plus il manquait grandement de condiment pour nos gauffres & le ketchup goûtais juste le vinaigre ?
Rarement déçu de l'expérience dans ces restaurants, mais aujourd'hui c'était catastrophique.
