Appeler pour livraison club sandwich plus gâteau chocolat. Pas reçu après 1h30. Retéléphoner. Problème de compréhension de l'adresse. Je décide d'y aller. Même commande. J'arrive chez moi pas de gâteau. Beau service😡😡

Ce faire niaiser par l'employer à la caisse pis ce faire répondre de même. À simplement pas ça place en restauration & service clientèle. Finalement je suis aller la chercher ailleurs ma bouffe 👋

Despite the delicious food, our dining experience at this Quebec City restaurant was marred by the rude behavior of the staff. The girl behind the counter seemed disinterested & barely engaged with us, which was unexpected & disappointing, especially on the eve of New Year's. The food itself was fantastic, but imagine since we entered she was looking dagger to our 2 kids, bearly answers the questions max yes or no & ... Hopefully, the management addresses this even by checking Cameras specifically.

J'ai utilisé l'App & pris la peine d'appeler pour m'assurer d'une modif qui ne se faisait pas avec l'App....4 repas /7 avec errreur .... tellement décevant & malaisant de recevoir des invités ainsi :(

J'ai fait une commande par livraison & le service que j'ai reçu était personnalisé & impeccable! Merci à la livreuse Elizabeth d'avoir embarqué dans ma surprise pour la fête de mon père! Il était vraiment content! Excellent service de sa part!
