I moved to Lévis from Canada's shawarma capital, the Ottawa-Gatineau region, & this Boustan is a sad impersonation of flavourful, plentiful shawarma & related dishes. Don't order chicken or beef, as you're served shavings (literally) instead of what should be juicy slices. I've also noticed that they've decreased portion sizes while increasing prices. Shameful. &, don't be fooled into purchasing the $100'party-size' combo, which is, sadly, mostly rice. The only dish I've found worth ordering is the kefte bowl, which - wait for it - has gone up in price. I wish this Boustan had some decent competition, so Saint-Nicolas residents could discover how good shawarma should be.

Worse shawarma I ever eat . They doesn't know what to cut in the chicken or how they putted for us the chicken that are not to eat. Yuk

Qualité de la bouffe extraordinaire, le goût de shawarma est exceptionnelle, c'est vraiment le meilleur que j'ai testé présentement au Québec, j'espère qu'il y'aura dautre restaurant partout dans le Québec, je recommande vivement ...
.Après un an de fréquentation je me trouve à une qualité de bouffe beaucoup moins la quantité aussi a dégrader énormément, le service aussi vraiment déçu de mes 2 dernières visites incluant celle d'aujourd'hui 😞

The food was delicious & the service was very quick. However, my friend found a hair inside of the chicken shawarma bowl after already having eaten half of it. She was not offered any compensation, only a replaced meal. Our appetite was already gone by that point & we were scared of finding any other hair in our food.

J'ai commandé un bol de shawarma au poulet & j'étais très déçu car il n'y avait que quelques miettes de poulet dans le plat. Il y avait seulement l'équivalent de 3 à 4 cuillères à soupes! Quelle arnaque. Au moins les patates étaient bonnes. Aussi, j'ai payé un supplément pour la salade taboulé plutôt qu'une salade de choux. La texture était désagréable puisqu'il y avait des tiges de persil de 1 à 3 cm. Il aurait fallu mettre que les feuilles ou minimalement couper finement les tiges.
