I moved to Lévis from Canada's shawarma capital, the Ottawa-Gatineau region, & this Boustan is a sad impersonation of flavourful, plentiful shawarma & related dishes. Don't order chicken or beef, as you're served shavings (literally) instead of what should be juicy slices. I've also noticed that they've decreased portion sizes while increasing prices. Shameful. &, don't be fooled into purchasing the $100'party-size' combo, which is, sadly, mostly rice. The only dish I've found worth ordering is the kefte bowl, which - wait for it - has gone up in price. I wish this Boustan had some decent competition, so Saint-Nicolas residents could discover how good shawarma should be.

Ses la troisième fois depuis 1 mois que je viens au boustan st Nicolas & chaque fois je part déçu de la quantité de viande qu il y a si ses ca la quantité de viande je comprends pas que les autres boustan il y as plus de viande quand j ai mentionné au personel on m'a dit de me plaindre chez google bravos

J'ai revisité le restaurant récemment j'ai constaté que le restaurant a changer de look, de menu & d'ambiance, je le trouve beaucoup meilleur, le jour la le monsieur était très aimable & généreux, faut absolument faire attention aux autres sur tout aux jeumes qui travaillent dedans , & garder un service courtois & professionnel tout le temps, aussi être rapide & efficace pour servir les clients, jaser ou discuter c'est quand les employés sont tout seul, avec les clients vaut mieux limiter les discussions & montrer qu'on fait notre mieux pour servir rapidement & efficacement la clientèle... Bonne continuation.
