C'est la première fois que je mange chez eux , en générale la nourriture était bonne , les personnels sont accueillants , mais j'ai juste une petite remarque concernant l'hygiène est ce que c'est normale que les équipiers ne portent pas des gants J'ai remarqué que tous le monde touchent le pain , les salades avec leurs mains C'est une raison pour laquelle je ne retournerai plus jamais la bas malgré la bouffe était vraiment succulente

J'ai subit le même mécontentement qu'un autre client. J'ai eu le malheur de commander en ligne. Le service est sous-traité à Doordash, qui ajoute un montant à chaque item. On parle de plusieurs dollars quand même. On m'a dit à la récupération qu'il était mieux d'appeler que de commander en ligne & c'est ce que je ferai la prochaine fois. Mais pourquoi ne pas l'indiquer en dessous du bouton "Commandez" ? Un simple "Des frais supplémentaires s'appliquent pour une commande en ligne. Appelez-nous !" & ainsi personne ne se sent laisé. On commande en ligne pour éviter du trouble ainsi que pour faciliter la tâche aux staff & on se retrouve à payer plusieurs dollars en surplus...

Excellent restaurant, hyper bien entretenu & la bouffe était splendide, en plus avec un service expéditif. Ma seule critique serait de réduire les suggestions de pourboire au comptoir, elles sont exagérées pour du fast food.
