But food & service not so great. Pork poutine was dry & too salty. Had to ask for Tabasco sauce multiple times & never brought to the table. Seemed like the staff was worried about an event & forgot about our table. Best part was definitely the view.
The Best spot to see a sunset . The place is magical. Great food. Ambiance perfect.Nice place to sleep, for the view. i just Went There to eat. Recommand .at all time running morning sunset near the water view total silence.reminde me ste Anne de bellevue bord walk but better ....see ya soon
We stayed at the campground next to this restaurant & walked over for dinner. They have an amazing view of the sunset, & the restaurant has a lovely patio as well. It was a bit chilly the evening we went, so we opted to sit inside. It took a while to be greeted by the server & get some drinks & water, but the food came out quick once ordered. We ordered the grilled octopus salad, tuna tataki, beer braised beef poutine & lobster shrimp roll. We enjoyed the food, the standout was the lobster shrimp roll. We visited this place on a 14 days cross Atlantic trip, with plenty of lobster roll dinners, & I thought that their lobster roll was particularly unique - I loved the pretzel bun, & the well balanced dressing that was in the roll. I forgot to take a photo before chomping into my roll - sorry!
Not the cheapest place in town, but the portions are generous, the food is delicious & well presented. Plus you can't beat the location - on a rise overlooking the St. Lawrence. A wonderful spot to watch the sunset.
Pros: Spectacular sunset view of the St Lawrence, decent food at the outdoor bar, clean updated rooms, helpful staff. Cons: Awkwardly small bathrooms, tight parking just off the highway. This place served us very well as a one-night stop during a road trip.
I didn't stay here, but enjoyed a beautiful balcony view & took in an absolutely stunning sunset, It's almost resort like. The bar has great cocktails, beer, & food. This was one of the highlights of my summer
