This is the best restaurant in downtown Quebec City with some of the best food I've ever had. If you want to try authentic pizza & pasta, this is an absolute must-visit. The breakfast was outstanding - I enjoyed three meals here (breakfast, lunch, & dinner), & every single one was exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive, & truly made the experience memorable. This place definitely deserves a five-star review. A must-visit whenever you're in Quebec City!

My husband & I had dinner here & it was absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious. The onion soup - outstanding. The croque monsieur - the best I have ever eaten. Joe the manager was as kind as can be & Elias our waiter was not only friendly but right on top of everything. We heard it was under new management - can't go wrong with eating at Cafe Buade

Staff were polite, professional & unduly apologetic in course-correcting with us after half our group unwittingly ordered off a list of weekday specials on a weekend morning.

Food was great, & the pizza crust in particular is something special.

Excelente servicio, bajo la atención continua de un camarero que nos atendió perfectamente de principio a fin. Sin embargo en la sala hacía calor, lo que unido a la falta de luz y la profundidad del salón me hicieron sentir cierta claustrofobia por momentos. La comida muy normal, se podría decir que de aprobado raspado.

Dinner d'été en famille. Très bonne ambiance. Le personnel est excellent. La cuisine est bonne.
Un peu cher dans l'absolu, les pizzas auraient pu être un poil plus grandes. Mais au coeur du vieux Québec ça reste correct & surtout aucune mauvaise surprise.

Une belle expérience pour un déjeuner en famille
Nous avons tous bien mangé pour un prix raisonnable dans un lieu touristique
Le service était rapide & très agréable avec une équipe attentionnée & aux petits soins

Seul bémol on nous a séparés en deux groupes alors qu'une grande tablée pouvant tous nous accueillir est restée vide
La musique pourrait également être un peu moins forte pour favoriser les échanges à table
Mention spéciale au mur peint qui a tenu l'attention des enfants en attendant leurs plats !
