Amazing experience at this restaurant. The prices are very reasonable for the quality offered, & every meal we had was absolutely delicious. The Boeuf Bourguignon was especially exquisite - rich in flavour, perfectly prepared, & incredibly tender.

What truly elevated the evening was the exceptional service. Stephanie made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. When we asked whether there might be a quieter seating area available, she graciously accommodated us & brought us to a more private section of the restaurant, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Her attentiveness, warmth, & professionalism were greatly appreciated.

Adam was also very polite, attentive, & eager to assist throughout the evening. He consistently checked in at the right moments & ensured that everything was taken care of smoothly.

Overall, this was a memorable dining experience with excellent food, outstanding hospitality, & a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Many other people are saying this restaurant is terrible, but it was actually a very pleasant experience. We were seated right as we walked in, & then a waiter came to give us water. It seems like the 3 waiters working there rotate who goes out to help, but they came out at the perfect times.

The service was nice. They were very friendly & made jokes. Once we finished our meals, a waiter came out with a crêpe on the house. It was a very pleasant surprise. After finishing dinner, they had something wrapped in plastic by some balloons. I was wondering what it was so I walked over to see they were marshmallow. A waiter saw me looking & asked if I wanted one, then pointed to a bowl of candy & asked if I wanted some candy, then he even handed me a balloon. He even gave my dad one.

Overall, very nice experience & I would recommend this place.

Incredible food, wonderful service, interesting surroundings & the best time we had dining in Quebec City. Michelle, Jujean, Samantha & the greeter who said he is'Nobody' were a delight we laughed frequently. My wife & I shared a fantastic Chateau Briand, dinner flambéed table side. After ordering a drink called a Caribou, we thinned the herd by ordering a second & third round. At the end of our meal we were enjoying a conversation with three other couples also eating dinner there & all took a photo together with the restaurant's staff. Highly recommended!

Stopped here for quick brunch. Place has a great vibe & food tasted good as well. Everything looked freshly made. Service was quick & staff were very friendly as well as professional.

This was one of the most uncomfortable restaurant experiences I've had.

From the moment we walked in, the owner's behavior felt intrusive & inappropriate. We were repeatedly bothered in a way that felt less like service & more like being singled out.

At one point, he put his hands on me in a way that felt patronizing & completely out of line. Physical contact like that with a customer is unacceptable.

He also made an inappropriate comment toward my mother that was entirely unprofessional & added to the discomfort of the situation.

Dining out shouldn't feel tense or confrontational. Unfortunately, that's exactly how this experience felt.

Would not recommend.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this cafe! The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, & the staff were genuinely lovely & accommodating. It was especially heartwarming to see how great they were with my dog, making us both feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Super cute & cozy restaurant. We saw some bad reviews but are so glad we ignored these reviews & tried it ourselves. The staff was so much fun, food was fabulous & wine delicious. I had the Coq de Vin & husband had Beef Bourguignon. Extremely delicious! The Crème Brûlée was incredible. They had a special treat at the end but I don't want to wreck the surprise. Our wait staff was really fun! Definitely recommend trying this place!

We had an incredible lasagna & ricotta cannelloni, the service was outstanding we got moved seats to a nicer location, extra sauce for the meals & a free shot at the end. A really nice romantic atmosphere. Definitely recommend!
