Nous avons super bien mangé, Tout était frais & chaud. Quant au service, juste un WOW. Excellent. Je ne ne rappelle plus du nom de notre serveur sur la terrasse mais je me rappelle q'il m'a mentionné qu'il travaillait au restaurant depuis 15 ans. Bravo à lui.

excellent service de la serveuse & nous avons reçus notre repas très rapidement!
Cependant, nous étions dans la section terrasse fermée & la circulation d'air était quasiment absente...pas d'air climatisée, ce qui était très inconfortable car il faisait très chaud & humide ce matin là...! sinon, tout a été super comme à l'habitude...!

Nous avions une réservation.

À l'accueil nous avons été reçus par la gérante.

Nous avons demandé s'il était possible d'être sur la terrasse (noté sur la réservation) ou près d'une fenêtre avec vue sur le fleuve.

Réponse: aucune place disponible.

Une fois installés à une table à l'intérieur du resto & malgré qu'une table sur la terrasse se soit libérée, la gérante n'a fait aucun effort pour nous y installer, prétextant des règlements de son crû.

Un manque d'initiative flagrant.

Son service à la clientèle est diamétralement à l'opposé de la qualité de celui du serveur, & des plats choisis & recommandés par ledit serveur.
