My wife & I went to this restaurant for dinner during our Quebec City visit.
The restaurant is very nice. & I feel it would have a great view (we went at night & it was raining).
Thw food was good. The service was alright. Our server seemed very busy & was running around quickly dropping stuff off at the tables & moving on. He did have great drink recommendations though.

An amazing discovery we found.
The food was delious, the waitress was welcoming & kind.
The view was breath taking!
After eating there we went on their website to express our satisfaction.
The only disappointment was seeing a picture of the breakfast poutine that we hesitated on getting...
So we will be back soon to try it.
