Je ne suis pas une grande fan des déjeuners au resto car c du pareil au même. Mais LÀ !!! Super service, nos choix de déjeuners impeccables, aliments de qualité & goûteux ! On y retourne c'est certain !

Excellent comme d'habitude, pour nous qui sommes du Saguenay, c'est devenu un classique à chaque visite à Québec, ça en vaut le détour.

Le Café du Monde is by far one of the best culinary experiences we've ever had. The restaurant is gorgeous, & the service was impeccable. Our waitress made sure we had everything we needed, checked in after every course to see how we were enjoying our food, & was always available for any questions. She even pointed out some of the best sellers to help us decide.

The food was a-ma-zing. We started with the fried calamari; the dipping sauce was finger-licking good, & the breading was light & not greasy. The beet salad with creamy goat cheese was a perfect combination of flavors.

For the main course, we had fresh ricotta ravioli & duck confit. The duck was cooked to perfection. The meat fell apart easily with just a fork. Honestly, it was the best duck I've ever had.

We finished with profiteroles & a crème brûlée, both delicious & freshly made.

For drinks, we tried two of their signature cocktails, but if you prefer something more classic (like a rum & Coke), they'll happily accommodate even though it's not listed on the menu.

If we ever go back to Quebec (I live on the South Shore), I'm definitely going back for that duck!
Overall, the experience deserves more than five stars, hands down.
