L'expérience inoubliable a été pour l'excellent service de Madame Johanne, toujours gentille, attentive & avec une belle sourire, la nourriture a été correct mais on a trouvé les patates un peu salés & elle avec une très belle actitude a offert une solution, une vue privilégié vers le fleuve.

Le repas était correct pour le prix, sans être exceptionnel. Rien à redire sur la qualité, mais rien non plus qui se distingue particulièrement. Par contre, le service était très bon, l'équipe était attentive & sympathique. La vue sur le fleuve est magnifique & l'ambiance agréable, ce qui ajoute vraiment à l'expérience. En revanche, j'ai été assez déçu par le stationnement : devoir payer 12$ pour le stationnement m'a vraiment refroidi, ce n'était pas du tout ce à quoi je m'attendais. Ça aurait été plus agréable si ce coût était inclus ou du moins moins élevé.

Went for breakfast & had somewhat of a special experience. We both ordered steak & eggs. Came with a small 6oz steak. Unfortunately both steaks came back overcooked & they happily took them back to cook again. The second time 1 of the steaks was overcooked & the other was perfect. Unfortunately the issue was that they took the overcooked one & it slightly ruined the experience because 1 of us had our meal & the other was sitting waiting. By the time the steak came back the other got cold & I feel like the situation could've been handled a bit better. Regardless the food was great & we spoke with the manager who was very attentive & understanding. They took good care of us towards the end & we would definitely come back for dinner next trip in Quebec City.

The food is not bad but it is not stellar, given how touristy the area is. This is not a steak house so let's be fair. They do not always get the steak cooking right but when it is right then their steak is not bad. Yet, I'd like to expect more from a French place. Also, I have had plenty of better steak from more casual & low key steak-frite joints. Their salmon tartare is good but again you might expect more from a place with this look & feel. Their duck magret is good but the skin is still very chewy & the meat stringy. Unfortunate. The desserts have been consistently good. Rich & tasty. Extra points on atmosphere. Great barside spots for a great evening "bien arosé".
