Bonne nourriture, bien préparée & savoureuse. Malheureusement, l'expérience a été gâchée par le service. La serveuse était froide, peu accueillante & n'a jamais souri, ce qui a rendu l'ambiance plutôt désagréable. C'est dommage, car un accueil chaleureux fait toute la différence lors d'un déjeuner. Nous sommes repartis avec une impression mitigée malgré la qualité des plats.

Great location- terrasee & streetside for people watching. Fab menu, including breakfast. Tasty food, switched on service. A little on the pricy side but was worth the extra for me.

Had brunch; we didn't stay at the hotel. It's obvious why the cafe is so popular. The vibe is great, the location superb, & the people watching is cool! Decent food, excellent coffee, & the lady servers are the best people ever.

Be ready for slow service but they are working very hard because it is so busy.

It is quite expensive for certain things - iced coffees for $7.25 is steep, but the coffee was very good.

This is a great place to stay, the location is perfect. It's a short walk to downtown Quebec City & the local parks. Plenty to do & see in the area. The cafe itself is wonderful too & serves a great French onion soup. Some rooms have separate bathrooms so be sure to check that when booking. The water pressure in the shower definitely needs improvement & the AC in the room didn't work one night. Other than that the place was great! Its location & the cafe are the real selling points. There's also a good parking garage right down the street.

On m'a chargé 30$ pour annuler une réservation alors que je souhaitais changer la date. J'ai pourtant contacté l'établissement à peine 1 minute après que ma réservation soit confirmée puisque j'ai réalisé l'erreur. Du vol pur & simple!!!!

Spent a lazy Sunday morning here with a couple friends last weekend & honestly it was exactly the kind of chill hangout we needed. The terrace out front is perfect for people-watching on Cartier, & we stayed way longer than planned just soaking it up. I had the eggs benedict & they were genuinely solid, not just okay-solid but actually good. If you're looking for a relaxed spot with good vibes & decent brunch food, Krieghoff delivers every time.
