Bel endroit, propre, beau resto, personnel compétent & chaleureux. Excellent café. Mais la télévision ne fonctionnait pas, pas de crochet pour nos vêtements dans la salle de bain, pas de cafetière ni dans la chambre ni dans le salon commun & le restaurant ouvrait seulement à 8h ; donc pour les lève-tôt, c'est long attendre 2 heures notre café matinal. Donc quelques petites choses qui pourraient facilement être améliorées afin d'augmenter l'expérience client.

Cafe Krieghnoff Restaurant A wonderfully vintage decor mixed with a modern take, the service was amazing, great staff work here. The food was perfect, we ordered the special poulet Kiev.. can't go wrong. Bottle of wine for the table & In the end, we were very surprised with the overall quality of the experience. Highly recommended

Great rooms, really comfy & clean. The cafe downstairs also had great food & atmosphere. Just a short walk away from lots of shops & restaurants, the art gallery, & tons of bus stops.

We chose this hotel because of the location, price & reviews. I can honestly say that it over exceeded our expectations. The hotel was very clean & quiet. The washroom was the cleanest washroom I've ever seen in a hotel. Other than one night when a plow/tow truck kept going by in the night the street was very quiet & because there are so few rooms available in the hotel the inside was also quite quiet as well. We went to the Bistro for one lunch & one dinner during our trip, & both times the food was amazing. The ambiance inside the Bistro was also bustling & lively, which showed how popular it was with the locals. The hotel is walking distance to the Fine Arts Museum, the plains of Abraham, & the main road has a lot of restaurants & little shops to visit. It also only takes about 10-15 minutes by bus to get to Old Quebec. We had a very pleasant experience. The only thing I would suggest would be to add slippers in the bedrooms so it's easy to walk to & from the exterior washroom without shoes on, & maybe find a way to secure the showerhead more in the holder (we had some issues with it falling out). However these are minor things that didn't affect our overall wonderful experience. I will note that to get to the first & second floor of the hotel you need to go up stairs, so if stairs are difficult for you it might not be the best option.

Un incontournable quand on vient à Québec. Je fréquente ce lieu depuis plusieurs décennies. Le service est toujours plutôt bien mais les prix sont vraiment trop élevés pour la qualité de ce qu'on retrouve dans l'assiette.... J'y retourne pourtant car de beaux souvenirs se rattachent à ce lieu. Je suis pourtant nostalgique de l'époque où on pouvait y prendre un café avec un salaire d'étudiant....

Superbe endroit, original vraiment cela me rappel tellement Paris, Mulhouse, Lille. C'est un vrai dépaysement & le personnel est adorable. Je vous conseil le café liègeois il est excellent, mais bien sur tout est bon à déguster. Merci à la superbe équipe & au propriétaire, vous avec créer un vrai endroit cosy & sans prétention. Continuer comme cela.
