My wife & I stopped in for iced lattes & absolutely loved this place. The drinks were amazing - easily better than anything we've had from Starbucks.

The staff were incredibly friendly & welcoming, & the atmosphere gives you that proper cozy café vibe that makes you want to sit down & stay awhile.

Between the quality of the coffee, the service, & the atmosphere, this was an easy 5-star experience for us. We would absolutely recommend Café La Maison Smith & will definitely be back!

A great local chain.y wife & I had a croissant & a chanson with apple (kind of an apple danish) with cafe au lait. It was very tasty. The apple was more apple sauce & the croissant could have been butterier but still good. The cafe au lait was the star though. Nicely creamy & served at a good drinking temperature. More cafes should learn from that to help with turn over. Atmosphere was good but hard not to be in the center of vieux Quebec. It was crowded at 9:30 am but that was to be expected & turn over was good.

Absolutely loved this café! Located right in the heart of Old Quebec City, it's the perfect spot to relax. Our server was incredible - she handled everything herself & did a fantastic job. The service & products exceeded our expectations.

Considering the premium location, the prices are very reasonable. If you enjoy large drinks, you'll find them here - I ordered an XL latte & was simply thrilled. Also, they have amazing waffles worth trying. The atmosphere inside is very cozy & welcoming. Highly recommend!

This is place where you can enjoy their local brand coffees & breakfast dishes. According to my experience, i try different version of drinks such pecan pie, vegetarian sandwich, smoothie & cold brew & mocha. It is really top notch experienced to do brunch here with friends.

Service Accuracy - cashier he was good on customer service.
Barista - on the machine they don't focus on what's the order. ( not sure if they communicate between cashier & barista to avoid confusion to avoid waste on order.)

I ordered (hot matcha latte with oat milk.) for dine In. After a while they give me the drinks on take away cup but cold version. I ask the barista if it's oat milk. Unfortunately it was not. Then they make again my drinks & they put it in take away cup. Then I ask the barista for dine in cup.

My main concern with this is all about the customer experience furthermore is the loss from ordered accuracy. For sure it was loss from the company's profit.

The main reason why my ordered was not properly made on the first place. The guy who's wearing red uniform he was talking to the barista which is she can't focus well on her job in which she was assigned as coffee maker.

Looking forward to have great service on my next visit.

The coffee & tea we ordered were fine, albeit a bit pricy for what we got. We also ordered a baguette sandwich, a plain croissant, & a cinnamon swirl pastry, all of which were hard as a rock. We finished our drinks & then went elsewhere in search of pastries/sandwiches.

Had a soy chai latte & cappuccino on April 27th afternoon. Service from the girl that took our order was pretty bad. We felt ignored, not at all friendly & no'thank you' or even a smile. Drinks & atmosphere was good howeve

It seems to be something acceptable in Canada, but to me, it is barbarian to have my hot bevarage served in a paper cup if I am ordering a drink to have at the place. Also, what is the criteira to have the cappuccino in a cup & the chai in a paper cup? We will never know... Beverages were good, tho. Staff is kind & atmosphere is good.

Went here for breakfast a couple of mornings. They have all kinds of things to eat & everything that I had was really good. There is nice seating outside & they don't seem to be in a rush to get you out of there if you just wanna sit & drink some coffee
